Client brief
The client sought a turnkey architectural refurbishment of a period residence in Nevern Square, Earl's Court—combining structural opening of the principal reception rooms with calm Scandinavian-inspired living spaces, a bespoke navy and marble kitchen, and tailored bedroom joinery.

Property challenge
Working within a prestigious Central London garden square required strict logistics management, overhead structural steel transport, on-site coded beam welding, and meticulous acoustic and fire separation between levels.
03. ORAMA SCOPE
Scope & approach
We stripped the interior back to exposed joists and masonry, craned and welded structural steel beams to open the duplex volume, rebuilt the subfloors with acoustic insulation, and executed a millimetre-precise fit-out featuring herringbone parquet, fluted cabinetry, and bookmatched marble.

Managed freeholder Licence to Alter documentation, structural engineering calculations, RBKC Building Control inspections, and Central London site logistics.
